Kingston Pointe is a four-story building with six attached garages. Six units are three bedroom, two level with attached garage consisting of 2,500 sf. Levels three and four offer two bedroom units consisting of 1,050 sf. Three units are handicap accessible. All appliances are provided including washer and dryers. The building is powered with electricity only. There are six rain barrels to capture water run-off from the building roof - Four 750-gallon and two 1500-gallon capacities.
The building is wood-framed with vinyl siding and stone veneer for the exterior skin. The building has one elevator to get from main level to third and fourth floor.
This building meets the requirements necessary for obtaining Green Development Plan including: being located near city infrastructure and within ¼ mile of two city public services, following storm water management practices, using energy star rated light fixtures and appliances and low VOC’s with paint and adhesives, and insulated concrete floors on the lower levels. A HERS rating was also performed.
