This project was a contemporary mixed-use retail building that incorporated a mixture of stone veneer and concrete fiber board panels. LED lighting was used along the exterior of the building, as well as throughout the site. The building also has varying heights to break up the exterior into more pleasant intervals.
The layout of the building is unique in that it is visible from all four sides. The building offers flexible lease spaces with no interior columns, which can be divided as needed to suit each tenant. The lack of interior support columns allows for greater flexibility for tenants.
