Horizons, a pioneer of supervised independent living, expanded one of their treatment centers. The Horizon Center, which most recently housed The Girls’ Treatment Center, gained 4,800 sf. In addition to a more spacious building, the parking lot was expanded and resurfaced, and an underground drainage utility was installed. Materials used in construction include slab-on-grade, wood frame, brick veneer with wainscot, and vinyl siding.
