McGrath VW Phase III

Our Phase III work at McGrath VW in Marion included an addition and remodel to the existing Volkswagen dealership. Existing square footage was 11,258, and the new addition added 1938 sf for a total new square footage of 13,196. As part of the project, we also ran a new 6″ water line from Marion Blvd to the building and added sprinklers to the entire building using a mixture of exposed piping and above ceiling recessed heads.

The addition is structural steel and concrete construction, with roughly 60% of the entire building having new exterior aluminum panels installed. New exterior parking and sidewalks were installed as well. The project included a new service entrance and new car delivery space, as well as a new locker room and restroom.
