Project Overview
This project included a complete gut and remodel of the historical Douglas Mansion , which was later turned into a funeral home. We completed all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. We replaced or repaired plaster walls and ceilings, exposed and refinished all the original wood flooring, and refurbished leaded glass and stained glass windows. We also replaced all the old aluminum storm windows with wood storm windows and replaced exterior rails and columns with custom-made dowels and columns to match the original.
