Project Overview
This new 100,000 SF warehouse was built for Worley Warehousing and replaces their Southgate facilities. The project includes approximately 3,000 SF of office space, 2,500 SF of maintenance and wash bay space, thickened slab for 32’-tall high bay racking, 18 dock doors, one overhead door, trailer drop parking and employee parking.
