Project Overview
The Marion branch has concrete foundations, drywall ceilings, carpet, and LVT flooring. The exterior is made up of block, brick, Indiana limestone, and glass. Roof is EPDM and is covered with solar panels and the interior offices have full glass fronts. The building has a day lighting system that automatically adjusts the light level and window blinds. The bank has two drive-up teller lines and an ATM. This build models the latest branch design concepts including an expanded, open, and engaging space for clients; improved drive-thru accessibility, and lower emissions and overall environmental impact.
