Project Overview
The project was a remodel of an existing 8,590 SF store building. The newly remodeled space is now a fully sprinklered office building. The exterior wall construction is concrete masonry units and the roof is constructed with a concrete âTâ system. The existing exterior walls were insulated and clad with new metal panels. The aluminum storefront infills the existing wall openings, and a new, single-ply roof system was added.
