Project Overview
This fast-tracked project is a pre-engineered building, using centria econolap exterior cladding. The project calls for an exposed and painted wide bay truss system and bar joists to give the facility an industrial feel. The new building has approximately 16,000sf of showroom/retail space and a 6,500sf service area. The remaining space will be used for part and crate storage. The service area is complete with a wash bay, jib crane and dynojet. The project also included an interior awning feature with a galvanized frame and panels, continuing the industrial look.
