Project Overview
Midwest Commerce Park Project #1 is a warehouse for a locally-owned logistics company. The facility is a pre-engineered metal building with 12’ precast concrete panel wainscot and a standing seam metal roof. The main entrance will feature aluminum composite panels and a curtain wall. Rinderknecht crews self-performed the concrete foundations, carpentry, doors and hardware, and Division 10 specialties.
