Project Overview
The project involved remodeling a former Hardees on 1st Ave in Cedar Rapids. After the remodel, the building was slightly smaller than it previously was to accommodate an outdoor patio on the First Avenue side of the building. The drive-thru was also slightly modified to meet updated stacking standards.
