Involta – Northpointe

For this project, we built 12,000 sf of office space for Involta and their clients. The remaining square footage was built as a data hall for servers, space for the mechanical spine, and identical electrical rooms with redundant electrical feeds. We also installed 2.5 Mwh generators. The data hall is precast and steel with a hollowcore roof and structural topping rated for up to 160 mph wind loads. The office is cladded with architectural metal and composite panels. It features three clerestory skylights to bring natural light into the office.
