Project Overview
This project involved transforming old clinic space into a modern urgent care clinic. Now the space is equipped with 11 exam rooms, two treatment rooms, a full lab, general x-ray, a cast room, and staff support areas. All these additions and transformations were completed while staying compliant with UHIC Standards, as well as 2020 FGI Guidelines.
During the project, we worked above an operational pediatrics clinic. Crews had to install new plumbing and structural support with the functioning clinic immediately below. Additionally, they combined three separate suites into one large suite, which created challenges with getting air systems and controls sorted out.
